Terms and Conditions for Pollypark Ambassador Program:
By applying to join the Pollypark Ambassador program, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Eligibility: Only legal residents who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the Pollypark Ambassador program. Pollypark reserves the right to refuse or cancel an affiliate's application or status at any time and for any reason.
Application Process: After submitting your application, it will be reviewed within 1 business day . Once approved, you will receive a unique discount code and referral link to promote our products to your followers. NOTICE: the Ambassador lifetime dicount code cannot be stacked with other coupons.
Commission Structure: You will earn 10% sales commission on any orders placed using your referral link or discount code. The customer will receive a discount, and you will receive a commission. Commission details will be displayed on the backend of the platform on a weekly basis.
Payment Process: Your commission will be paid out to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after 30 days of the order delivery(you can add your PayPal account to your account through Polly Ambassador page after you log in). Pollypark reserves the right to modify the commission structure or payment terms at any time and for any reason.
Advertising and Promotion: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising, marketing, and promotional activities. You will not use any false, misleading, or deceptive advertising or promotional materials. You agree to represent our brand in a positive and professional manner, and not engage in any activity that may harm our reputation.
Termination: Pollypark reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions.
Modifications: Pollypark reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and in our sole discretion.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pollypark harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the affiliate program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Local, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Local County.
By joining the Pollypark Ambassador program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
